Norgard Court Apartments

Norgard Court Apartments was built in 1999, initially referred to as Gervais Court Apartments. On August 7, 2005, the building was dedicated to Hal Norgard, in recognition of his 50 years of service to the community as a family man, teacher, coach, philanthropist, activist, commissioner, mentor & humanitarian. Norgard Court Apartments is committed to providing a quality home and environment for seniors, and makes service its first priority. Norgard Court Apartments has built a solid foundation for its ongoing success, positive reputation, and resident satisfaction. We are proud to be part of a community that has so much to offer culturally and historically.

Oak Ridge Place

Managed by Integrity since 2005. The residents at Oak Ridge Place enjoy peaceful surroundings, highlighted by manicured grounds, flowerbeds maintained by both staff and residents, and a screened-in gazebo area for enjoying the changing seasons. Every Resident has access to the beautifully decorated commons spaces designed to accommodate social gatherings, television viewing, reading, games and crafts. Our caring, professional staff stands ready to provide assistance as you need it and to help make living here an enjoyable, pleasant experience. Serving both independent and assisted living residents.

From 1999 – 2023 We are proud to have been part of this community by offering affordable housing to seniors. Integrity managed this community since opening the doors to the Mahtomedi area in 1996 until new ownership in 2023.
